Also offer tags or placeholders to be used in fields so that every month you can generate a repetitive common fields like invoice number, product or service descriptions in the same format.
For example, if i am using the following format for invoice number each time (March_2021_Week1) then if i have the template prefilled with tags ([Month]_[Year]_"Week1") for invoice number, then the invoice template would generate March_2021_Week1 for this month.
The tags Month and year etc could also be extended to also offer different formats like 03, Mar, 21 etc and these can be used anywhere in the invoice fields to generate keywords and statements.
