What about adding to "time entry" a new field "coffee time" or "rest time"? This time will not be included in the report.
This feature will allow users not to split the "time entries" because of the lunch break, the time of which may not be known in advance.
It would be good to have a "Print" button (see screen pic) to print individual weekly time sheets. The graphical view in the print should be approx the same as in the weekly time sheet, or in the Time sheet Approval form. The same "Print" button can also be in the Time sheet Approval form (see screen pic) .
I could be nice to be able to visualize Billable tasks and Non-billable task in the Timesheet Approval form. This in order to quickly see a mistake if a new task is not correctly created as a billable task. Then it will also quickly be able to do the necessary updates by only a few "clicks".

We have multiple users and that means duplicate tasks. It would be much easier to generate reports for a task if we could merge duplicates in bulk, by selecting all of the tasks that are the same, and clicking "merge."
What exactly do you mean by custom field? Currently, we have an option to add notes which are dedicated to projects and we are also working on adjusting tag feature. Could you please elaborate a little more here?

The projects filter field, when the Active Tasks field is selected, allows the user to select Projects and Tasks with checkboxes.
As soon as Active and Archived Tasks is selected, the filter changes and you are only able to select one item from the filtered list.
This is totally counter-productive as we report from different sources (TimeCamp/Zendesk/BaseCamp) and some task may still be active but others are archived (or Solved/Closed in Zendesk or Completed in BaseCamp 3).
Even though we can draw the report from a customised report and filter it in Excel, the custom reports do not show the Time Start and End and this just makes it a time-consuming exercise.
PLEASE change the filter option for Active and Archived reports to the same as Active only.
Could you implement a firefox add-on, like the Chrome one ?
I use Todoist and the actual integration only let TimeCamp to see the projects and tasks hierarchy, but doesn't allow to see priority, planification, etc. So it is far easier to start task time count from Todoist.
A very useful enhancement of the "Week" view would be a copy facility for an entry to be able to add it to another day, e.g. for a recurring meeting entry "Copy" and "Paste" to future times. This is much quicker / accurate than the dialog for copying to a single future timepoint in "Day" view / copy entry.
Today, only timecamp can display a external calendar. But, in my company, we use outlook calendar. I'd like to display my timesheet in my outlook calendar.
We record and charge our customers when we need to travel to their locations as part of our business, in addition to time spent there.
It would be great for us to be able to record our Travel related activities in TimeCamp where we keep our time entries, and make this part of our invoice cycle to customers.
Travel can:
- be Billable or Non-Billable - same as time
- have units like 450 Kilometers, OR 1 Trip, OR 2 Nights
This would add a lot of value to our us from our TimeCamp subscription.

What about allowing users create by themselves new project codes but forbid them to erase existing projects?
Currently it's possible to allow users to either full access to delete and create project or no access but only introducing their time.
