What about adding to "time entry" a new field "coffee time" or "rest time"? This time will not be included in the report.

The graphical view in the print should be approx the same as in the weekly time sheet, or in the Time sheet Approval form. I could be nice to be able to visualize Billable tasks and Non-billable task in the Timesheet Approval form. This in order to quickly see a mistake if a new task is not correctly created as a billable task. Then it will also quickly be able to do the necessary updates by only a few "clicks".

Today, only timecamp can display a external calendar. But, in my company, we use outlook calendar. I'd like to display my timesheet in my outlook calendar.
It would be nice to be able to generate a time report from the invoice data PDF format, similar to the Invoice look. Our customer requires us to have a fully descriptive time report but want a short invoice for accounting purpose. Since accounting dept don't approve the actual time, they need the approval from the project manager. Project manager review with other internal team member the work performed but do not want to disclose the invoice cost of the outsourcing service. See example of and expected report.
The custom Report is pretty useless because of the current selectable object are too limited. We need at the minimum to add the two following objects
- DATE (in YYYY-MM-DD format)
- TASK TIME (in HH:MM-HH:MM, start - stop)
The column width should also be resizable and saved as part of each individual custom reports the "reports lists".
Also make sure that all fields have wrap around text, especially NOTE. We write a lot of information in the NOTE field for task time work justification and it is almost impossible to see the content in most view in Timecamp.
I bill my clients with a minimum of 15 minutes. If I find out that I accidentially recorded 12,5 minutes, it is hard to track down the exact value in the time sheet and correct it. Alternatively, maybe a feature would help that always rounds up my time entries to at least 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 45 minutes, etc.
The projects filter field, when the Active Tasks field is selected, allows the user to select Projects and Tasks with checkboxes.
As soon as Active and Archived Tasks is selected, the filter changes and you are only able to select one item from the filtered list.
This is totally counter-productive as we report from different sources (TimeCamp/Zendesk/BaseCamp) and some task may still be active but others are archived (or Solved/Closed in Zendesk or Completed in BaseCamp 3).
Even though we can draw the report from a customised report and filter it in Excel, the custom reports do not show the Time Start and End and this just makes it a time-consuming exercise.
PLEASE change the filter option for Active and Archived reports to the same as Active only.
We record and charge our customers when we need to travel to their locations as part of our business, in addition to time spent there.
It would be great for us to be able to record our Travel related activities in TimeCamp where we keep our time entries, and make this part of our invoice cycle to customers.
Travel can:
- be Billable or Non-Billable - same as time
- have units like 450 Kilometers, OR 1 Trip, OR 2 Nights
This would add a lot of value to our us from our TimeCamp subscription.

Allow users to create projects but not to delete suggestion
What about allowing users create by themselves new project codes but forbid them to erase existing projects?
Currently it's possible to allow users to either full access to delete and create project or no access but only introducing their time.
