can we add more categories for personal activities for "away time"?
Under away time, we only have three categories now, other work-related, meeting, and call.
so that I can track my whole day's activities in one app/software, including both work-related or personal, such as sleep, exercises, shopping, etc.

Problem 1: Once a task has been started and selected via the "Browse Tasks"-button, it is not possible to navigate back. The only way to get back to the app's home page is to force quit the app.
Also, it is no longer possible to exit the browser as there is no exit button. The same applies if you press the "Create task" button in vain, you have to create a task or force quit the app. Otherwise, you get stuck.
Problem 2:
A project can be a task in the PC app as well as on the smartphone, with or without a subtask.
As soon as I have a project with multiple tasks on the Watch, the project can no longer be used as a task.
When the size of project + task names is longer than the pop-up width is almost impossible to read the task name.
It would be nice for UX that the pop-up would be resizeable
now it works like this:
0 grab the mouse | touchpad
1 click right mouse button on the app
2 click "Create new task..."
3 enter "Task name"
4 enter "Project name" or "Choose parent... "
how it may be more convenient if there input field:
0 use hotkey to get focus (input filed of) the app

When clicking the continue tracking button on an existing time entry, it would be very helpful to have the new entry have the same tags as the entry you're continuing to track.
After splitting or merging tasks, I often need to go back and modify time entries. Currently this is requires tediously editing each item in entries and filtering using detailed reports.
Please allow easily per-item and bulk editing of time entry properties that are filtered by date, task, etc.., Properties included are:
-begin time
-end time
-duration
-tags
-notes
A checkbox next to each time entry can further refine which items are to be edited.
The detailed reports allows you to filter and move task which is great, but there needs to be a selection check box next to the time entries to further specify the items that are moved.
In the week view of the timesheet I would love to have an immediate feedback about the billable/not billable status of the tasks. Maybe a $ icon for the billable task and for the not billable task the background color could be slightly dimmer.
When editing Tasks that have been recorded or are currently being recorded with tags attached, the edit of the comment clears all the tag info.
for example, I record 4 hours of a task with the tag "Support", then the next day I need to add a comment to the record so I enter a comment, this causes the tag or tags to clear.
I often forget to start the timer when working on a task. Then I have to go into my browser, open Timecamp create an entry. And that means I sometimes forget to book time. I'd love to be able to do more than just start the timer on the desk top app. Here are a couple of use cases:
In a meeting realise I forgot to start the timer. Start the timer in the desktop app and adjust the start time.
Finish working on a job and realise I didn't start the timer. Use the desk top app to create a manual time entry.
There are times when I start one task, then have to jump to something else, and then go back to the first task I was working on. Because I have put extensive notes for each entry to satisfy my client's timekeeping requirements it would be very handy to be able to duplicate or copy an existing time entry.
First off: I love the Google Calendar Integration! (saves so much typing and copy & pasting). I also love the automatic timesheet feature that matches up keywords found to categorize an activity into a matching project. I think a great enhancement would be if the Google Calendar import could similarly check for keyword match (in the notes field in this case). My dozen or so weekly meetings all have the same meeting title which appears in the notes after import.
I love the app, No joke, I really REALLY do. My client is insisting on me to account for literally every minute and what exactly was worked on and OMG, TimeCamp is a life saver, especially how it tracks which documents I had open when and how long (And I'd be glad to elaborate in a testimonial, and really brag how much your app helped us!).
SO I have three concerns:
1) It would be nice when a user opens the Timesheet tab that if the prior view was "weekly" that the app "remembers" to it open up that same view! I go back and forth a lot and it would be so much more convenient if the app took care of doing that (rather than the user needing to keep having to click it);
2) Our industry (pharmaceutical manufacturing) is mandated by the FDA to use a specific date format, usually in "30SEP21" format (or sometimes "30-SEP-21" which is also acceptable) since otherwise, you can't tell between the European and US formats (eg. is 10/11/21 October 11th or November 10th?). Excel handles this by offering a format choice "DD-MMM-YY" (or "DD-MMM-YYY"), and it knows to put the MMM as text string, 3 digit abbreviation. (TimeCamp only offers a 2 digit numeric representation of month)
Meanwhile, I'm retyping all my dates into this format for my submitted report (fortunately, I'm paid by the hour- LOL).
3) I really compliment the reporting options- I use "custom" (for my timecards). The format I use/need is 'day, task, hours' one week at a time with daily aggregation by task. BUT, the date format is primitive, it's only the day of the month. Two problems:
3a) The sort in the report is exclusively only the most recent day first. But I need option for oldest first (please)
3b) I also need the full date (see #2) in the "DD-MMM-YY" format. (now I have to retype) instead of just the two digit day as a numeric.
(I tried to see if "weekly" would help, but that is just pegged as one day, on the Saturday of the Week ended, but not the day by day date! Plus my week ends Sunday night, but I'm not hung up on that part).
Please add logging of phone calls into the Timesheet.
You can do this with your own App, or simply by integration to other phone call logging apps, like Phone Vili, etc.
We work in numerous counties with varied state and local tax rates. It would be nice to just apply a set tax rate per client that the invoice would default to, instead of having to look up the specific county the jobs are in, and apply it accordingly.

Its very not cool it takes two clicks to start a task in the browser. It should just take one .
