All of our projects move through individually invoiced stages that don't overlap. It would be really useful to be able to define the start and end date of each stage in a project so that any automatically recorded entries that fall within that date range could be tagged with that particular project stage. If a report function was also developed then this would make it really simple to compare the quoted time for a piece of work with the actual time spent doing it and would allow us to either adjust future billing or it would highlight where staff might need further training.
The only way around this I have found so far is to define subtasks for projects and have a sub-task for each stage. However, because we don't change the project number when moving from stage to stage there is no new unique keyword that we can use for any stage that will differentiate it from any other stage of the project. This means that each user has to manually select work stages for every task that is recorded, which start to make the automatic nature of TimeCamp a lot less effective and takes us back toward using manual timesheets that we used prior to moving to TC.
It would be great if we could edit the titles of our entires. For example - I have one that says meeting with Elizabeth and Brooklyn. Brooklyn doesn't work there anymore - so would love to use the same title but just take out her name. Or I have one meeting where I spelled something wrong. So - would love to be able to edit it. Love your app!

I changed the setting that allow to move computer activities in to different tasks. The result of this was terrible. Time consumed is no longer between task end minus task start calculation. With this setting "Time" is not affected by editing the start and stop time.
There should be a clean up function scanning for difference in "Time" and stamp duration.

Hello! If the option "Synchronise timeframe with duration when editing time entry:" is off, the time is not calculated automatically - it is working like that. You can put the number manually, or turn this feature on to get the right duration of your entries.
As it stands, if I have automated activity tracking on, it will track my time even if I also have a calendar entry booked in the same time period. I'd like to have the option of having one override the other so that I'm not double tracking my time
We would like to use TimeCamp reports to replace our existing method of submitting weekly reports. The way permissions are set up for projects/programs, too much visibility is provided to all "Project Managers" of tasks. It would be great if the notes field could be configured so that this data is only available to the direct supervisor or above, rather than anyone with project manager access to the the Project. This way, there is no concern that sensitive information in reports can be queried by people other than the person's manager, and therefore makes it possible to use these as weekly reports which highlight barriers or obstacles.
Would be nice to have a sum total of hours completed for an invoice, as well as a total cost for an invoice below the "Services" category, as well as the "Products" category. Sort of like a subtotal for each section of the invoice.

Through the calendars features, I can add one calendar to another, and through one calendar I can actually see the full scope of all my calendars, so that is great, but it is a nightmare actually keeping track how much work has been done for each project, according to each task.
It would be great, if we could assign a calendar to a project, so that any meeting added to project 1 calendar, is then added and accounted for in project 1 in timecamp automatically.

It would be good to have the option to be asked, whether you´re still working, if no activity is detected for 5, 10, 20 etc minutes. And if no user input is given, the timetracking is automatically stopped. Would be great to have the option to have tracking running in the background automatically stopped.

Actually we have a feature of time tracking reminder - it is in your user setting. It will remind you if you leave a timer for too long.

Currently TimeCamp automatically imports ALL Xero Contacts regardless of whether they are Cusdtomers, Suppliers, or anything else - even Credit Card Companies. If I delete any from TimeCamp, the next time I open TimeCamp the deleted Contacts are back again. This is unworkable.
The best option would be to show a list from Xero, filtered by Contacts that are Customers, and allow the User to select the Customers to import.
Please give us a category to hide activities from the timesheet. It would be super useful to hide background applications like antivirus, anti-malware, etc.
So the application will still be tracked but if the [activity x] get marked as a category [hide] it does not show on the timesheet.
Please add a notification bar on Android and iOS App that shows the Logged in Task also if the App is closed.
Also cool would be a Button into this bar to Stop or Change the Task.
