I`m working offline. so, it important to me, when I going to online only just for synchronize timecamp data, to be sure that data is uploaded successfully.
now long can I be offline (or how often need to connect online) so data will be properly synchronize?

After splitting or merging tasks, I often need to go back and modify time entries. Currently this is requires tediously editing each item in entries and filtering using detailed reports.
Please allow easily per-item and bulk editing of time entry properties that are filtered by date, task, etc.., Properties included are:
-begin time
-end time
-duration
-tags
-notes

A checkbox next to each time entry can further refine which items are to be edited.

The detailed reports allows you to filter and move task which is great, but there needs to be a selection check box next to the time entries to further specify the items that are moved.

When editing Tasks that have been recorded or are currently being recorded with tags attached, the edit of the comment clears all the tag info.

for example, I record 4 hours of a task with the tag "Support", then the next day I need to add a comment to the record so I enter a comment, this causes the tag or tags to clear.

In the week view of the timesheet I would love to have an immediate feedback about the billable/not billable status of the tasks. Maybe a $ icon for the billable task and for the not billable task the background color could be slightly dimmer.

There are times when I start one task, then have to jump to something else, and then go back to the first task I was working on. Because I have put extensive notes for each entry to satisfy my client's timekeeping requirements it would be very handy to be able to duplicate or copy an existing time entry.

First off: I love the Google Calendar Integration! (saves so much typing and copy & pasting). I also love the automatic timesheet feature that matches up keywords found to categorize an activity into a matching project. I think a great enhancement would be if the Google Calendar import could similarly check for keyword match (in the notes field in this case). My dozen or so weekly meetings all have the same meeting title which appears in the notes after import.

Phone calls logging suggestion

Please add logging of phone calls into the Timesheet.
You can do this with your own App, or simply by integration to other phone call logging apps, like Phone Vili, etc.

We work in numerous counties with varied state and local tax rates. It would be nice to just apply a set tax rate per client that the invoice would default to, instead of having to look up the specific county the jobs are in, and apply it accordingly.

Reports suggestion

We would like the ability to customize reports to show the fields that we need and the multiple users. For example, this would allow us to see everyone on the timesheet / Simple Dashboard at once. Once these reports are configured, we would like to be able to save it and assign it a report title.

As I agreed to a daily rate, my hourly rate contains more than 2 decimals (.625). When creating an invoice, this gets rounded to .63 and it results in incorrect totals for my invoices which are not modifiable. I can't find a workaround and it makes the invoices no longer usable.

Currently, I can give people the ability to run reports on time based on the project. However, we're heavily utilizing tags and some users who could use the ability in some cases (e.g. tags) should not have the ability to see everyone's time all the time within that project (except for the relevant tags).

Currently only in "custom" report it is possible to use tags. We are planning to improve reporting by tags but cannot be promised when exactly.

Page: Invoices

Scenario: Start to type a client name in the "Client" input box, then press the down arrow key in an attempt to move the cursor down into the auto-complete suggestions to pick a client via keyboard navigation.

Expected Behavior: Arrow keys would work like a native select box and allow one to navigate to the desired client and hit "enter" to confirm selection

Actual Behavior: The entire page locks up, becoming completely non-responsive.

Automatic time-tracking for a large number of projects, inevitably requires some kind of pattern to your keywords. The ability to export keywords to excel would make it a lot easier to check that all of your projects have appropriate key words, and the ability to import keywords from excel would make it easier to update the key words in bulk, rather than manually checking each project individually.

The format of the DETAILED daily time sheet report in PDF is horrible because it is exported in portrait format... it should be printed in Landscape and the different fields should have enough spacing to enable proper reading of data...

The personal time out or break should be a field or button or option on the website and not only on the desktop app... I can't find it...

When TimeCamp is linked to smartsheet and we select a smart sheet project, why are we unable to add a task to the timecamp entry... Going back to smartsheet to update it is a lot of work... You can provide this option in the settings (can or can not add a task to an integrated project)

Currently the clickup integration imports tasks from clickup to timely and you have to select the task from the desktop application. This is quite clunky the way the folder hierarchy is set up and doesn't allow for sorting by status.

It would be great if timecamp can have a clickup-first functionality, like their toggl integration but using timecamp.

ie. It would be great to select the task in clickup using the "start timer" functionality and it automatically change the task in the timecamp desktop app to the synched task from clickup.

The use case is an agency where the same application is used for different clients so you have to manually track the time against the client rather than automatically allocating a URL or keyword to a task.

Depending on the customer you work for it could be that you need to provide different bank details. Right now I have to type these in the address field, which is not great. Would be good if you can select the right details when creating the invoice or link it to a customer
