Today, only timecamp can display a external calendar. But, in my company, we use outlook calendar. I'd like to display my timesheet in my outlook calendar.
Hello when I am invoicing I have to send it to me, the client and their accounting team. Hence, it is very inconvenient not to be able to send the same invoice to multiple people.
Turn a quote into an invoice suggestion
At the moment, there is no way for an accepted quote to become an invoice. I have to start over.
When the timer is running, I often forget to click stop, and end up with eg 23hrs writing an email. It would be good to have the option to be asked, whether you´re still working, if no activity is detected for 5, 10, 20 etc minutes. And if no user input is given, the timetracking is automatically stopped. Would be great to have the option to have tracking running in the background automatically stopped.
More/Custom Project Colors suggestion
Is it possible either to add more colors or better yet to make it possible to color-code projects with custom HEX color?
A colour change or some other obvious indicator to show when the timer is running would be nice. The text changes and so does the play button but they are very subtle, especially considering how small the widget is on a 4k display. I have attached an example of the approach Time Doctor uses. Any number of alternative approaches might be good. In Time Doctor the task colour changes, the header colour changes, the icon and its colour change, and in the widget the text goes bold and a light turns on to show that the app is 'recording'.
New Desktop App Bug Fixes suggestion
We switched over to the new desktop application in our office and really like it compared to the old app. However, computer tracking is not working on any computers in our office (Windows 10). I would like to continue to use the new app instead of going back to the older version just to get the computer tracking to work...
Limit system tray to one TimeCamp icon suggestion
I expect the Windows system tray to show just one TimeCamp icon, but when I open the tray an icon appears for each process. Shortly after this, the icons condense to just one. Please eliminate the redundant icons.

The ability to delete computer activities directly from the timesheet without deleting the entire time entry. selecting the unwanted ones with the check boxes that are already there, but then have a delete selected option or something
There are sometimes errors on my computer that pop up during the night, or adds that pop up and it records that as active computer time when it is not. It seems to even record the reminder to track my time as active computer time. So my timesheet is full, but the majority is computer functions that I'd like the program to completely ignore. It is quite labour intensive to have to go in each day and delete all of the unwanted computer activity, and it appears to be currently all or nothing. For example I can't select certain entries in the "timecamp data collector" computer activity for it to delete, it's either delete all entries or none.
Bulk edit: billable/non-billable suggestion
Every task is billable by default. There is no setting to change this, and no way to bulk edit, so it takes quite a lot of navigation and clicking to change tasks from billable to non-billable (or vice versa). It's nice that I can change the colour for a whole tree at once, but billing is more important to manage easily.
Hide from timesheet suggestion
Please give us a category to hide activities from the timesheet. It would be super useful to hide background applications like antivirus, anti-malware, etc.
So the application will still be tracked but if the [activity x] get marked as a category [hide] it does not show on the timesheet.

I have a suggestion that definitively will help me (hopefully I'm not the only one). I'm currently a consultant and a developer. TimeCampas being working ok/acceptable but most of the time I need to use excel to finish my reports and invoices. because I need an extra field to add my effort time added to the time tracking. why?
- Sometimes I do work that takes more than what I can charge. so it is work/effort-time vs time track (start-stop timer)
- When I do system engineering/admin work I multitask. while the server is doing updates or installs I switch to other tasks for other projects or even other customers so I need to have time and notes for all those several tasks, and mainly want to track the actual effort time (works) since is what I will be charging to my customers.
- when having meetings I can't charge the whole time but want to keep track of the duration so I can measure the productivity of my day.

Include finished tasks in mobile reports suggestion
Yet, the mobile reports in the Android app give no useful summary of time spent because as soon as a tasks (in Asana) get the status finished the tracked time for this task is no longer included in the reports.
